Outside rules

The following external regulations/upgrades have been approved by the community:

• The colour of the houses (see below)
• The awnings (see below)
• Satellite dishes (placed where they cannot be seen)
• Air condition units (placed where they cannot be seen)

Other things to adhere:

• No animals to be left out on the terraces alone
• No high sound/music after 23.00 – please respect your neighbours
• No parking in the Urbanisation street (max time, 10 minutes)
• Pick up dog poo (excrements)

Waste: please make sure that the rubbish is dropped in one of the container ouside of Aljamar. The nearest one is situated 50 meters from the urbanization in Calle Pinar del Mar on the Avenida Chimenea side (see map) . (Link to map)

Cats: Don’t feed the cats, as they foul the urbanization and they increase in numbers.

COLOURS

The paint to be used:

White: for exterior use (of course)

Beige: F 845 Arena del Sur for the walls

Red: F 968 Rojo Teja for the vertical pilars

Black: recommended is “Hammerite semigloss/satin finish” for the bars

You can buy the paint in some of the paint shops using the references above, but Pinturas Andalucia on Calle Antonio Millon, 9 is recommended.

The awnings must have the right colour. Ferreteria Moyano on Calle Granada 86 can help out. The reference number is 2105 colour granate.

The iron bars (black) must follow the community pattern
